Syntax:
b2dSetCanvasFilter:Void(canvasID:Int)

Ties the b2d draws that follow to one BGI canvas, until b2dClearCanvasFilter: they are drawn only into that canvas's frame, and dropped from any other canvas's frame or the main window's.
Takes canvasID (Int). Images and text drawn under it with no shader of their own use the canvas's image and text shaders (bgiSetCanvasImageShader, bgiSetCanvasTextShader). On Windows it also sets the coordinate space to the canvas's size; drawing in a canvas frame is in the canvas's pixels already.
Returns nothing.
