Syntax:
bgiAttachGizmoRootNode:Int(text:String, parentTreeview:Int)
Int
Adds a top-level node to a tree view.
Takes text (String) and parentTreeview (Int).
Returns the new node's ID, or 0 if parentTreeview is not a tree view. Node IDs
come from one counter shared by every tree view, starting at 1.
The new node goes first, above the ones already there: add roots in
reverse to have them read top to bottom.
