Syntax:
bgiCreateComboBox:Int(x:Int, y:Int, width:Int, height:Int, parentWin:Int)
Int
Creates a drop-down list to pick one item from. The list cannot be typed into.
Takes x (Int), y (Int), width (Int), height (Int) and parentWin (Int). The
height is that of the closed box and its drop-down list together, so the
closed box is one line tall whatever is given - as on Windows.
Returns gizmo ID on success, 0 if parent not found.
Picking an item raises BGI_EVENT_COMMAND_CLICK with ID BGI_EVENT_ID_LIST and
the item's index as the data. Selecting one with bgiSetSelectedGizmoItem does
not.
