Syntax:

bgiCreateHScrollbar:Int(x:Int, y:Int, width:Int, height:Int, parent:Int, min:Int, max:Int)

Int

Creates a horizontal scrollbar.

Takes x (Int), y (Int), width (Int), height (Int), parent (Int), min (Int) and max (Int).

Returns gizmo ID, or 0 if parent not found.

The position starts at min and runs to max - max included. The page (the step for a click beside the thumb, and the thumb's size) starts at a tenth of the range. Moving it raises BGI_EVENT_COMMAND_UPDATE with ID BGI_EVENT_ID_HSCROLLBAR and the position as the data.
