Syntax:
bgiGetCanvasFPS:Int(canvasID:Int)
Int
Gets how many frames a canvas showed in the last whole second.
Takes canvasID (Int).
Returns the count, updated once a second; 0 before the first second and if canvasID is not a canvas.
