Syntax:
bgiGetHTMLTitle:String(htmlViewID:Int)
String
Gets the title of the page that is showing: its <title>, or what a script last set document.title to.
Takes htmlViewID (Int).
Returns the title, or an empty string if the page has none or htmlViewID not found.
