Syntax:
bgiGetHTMLURL:String(htmlViewID:Int)

Gets the URL of the page that is showing; about:blank for content set with bgiSetHTMLContent.
Takes htmlViewID (Int).
Returns the URL, or an empty string if htmlViewID not found.
