Syntax:
bgiGetRichTextCaretLine:Int(richTextBoxID:Int)
Int
Gets the line the caret is on: the line of the start of the selection when there is one.
Takes richTextBoxID (Int).
Returns the line number counted from 0, or 0 if rich text box not found.
