Syntax:
bgiGetRichTextCaretPosition:Int(richTextBoxID:Int)
Int
Gets the caret position - as on Windows, the start of the selection when there is one, wherever the caret is in it.
Takes richTextBoxID (Int).
Returns the character position counted from 0, or 0 if rich text box not found.
