Syntax:
bgiGetRichTextLineText:String(richTextBoxID:Int, lineNumber:Int)
String
Gets the text of one line.
Takes richTextBoxID (Int) and lineNumber (Int), counted from 0.
Returns the line without its line break (Windows includes a Chr(13)), or an empty string if there is no such line or rich text box not found.
