Syntax:
bgiGetRichTextSelectionStart:Int(richTextBoxID:Int)
Int
Gets where the selection starts: the lower of its two ends.
Takes richTextBoxID (Int).
Returns the character position, or the caret's when nothing is selected; 0 if rich text box not found.
