Syntax:
bgiInsertGizmoItem:Int(gizmo:Int, text:String, index:Int)
Int
Inserts an item into a list box or combo box.
Takes gizmo (Int), text (String) and index (Int) - the position it is to take.
-1 adds it at the end; a position past the end is an error.
Returns 1 on success, 0 on failure.
