Syntax:
bgiLoadRichTextFile:Int(richTextBoxID:Int, filepath:String)
Int
Replaces the text of a rich text box with an RTF file's, formatting and all.
Takes richTextBoxID (Int) and filepath (String). What a rich text box can hold is read - text, line breaks, tabs, and per character bold, italic, underline, size, font and colour; pictures, tables and paragraph formatting are skipped. A file that is not RTF is loaded as plain text.
Returns 1 on success, 0 if the file cannot be read or rich text box not found.
