Syntax:

bgiOpenFileDialog:String(title:String, defaultPath:String, window:Int)

Parameters

title : String
defaultPath : String
window : Int

Returns

String

Summary

Shows the desktop's Open File dialog and returns the file chosen.

Takes title (String), defaultPath (String) and window (Int). When defaultPath is a folder the dialog opens in it; when it is an existing file, that file is selected. window must be a BGI window, which the dialog stays on top of.

Returns the full path of the file, or an empty string if the dialog is cancelled - or if window is not a BGI window, in which case no dialog opens.
