Syntax:
bgiQueryGizmo:Int(gizmo:Int)
Int
On Windows, returns a gizmo's native window handle (HWND), for passing
to Win32 calls.
Takes gizmo (Int).
In this edition it always returns 0: there is no HWND, and nothing on
Linux could use one.
