Syntax:
bgiSaveRichTextFile:Int(richTextBoxID:Int, filepath:String)
Int
Saves a rich text box to an RTF file, with each character's format, in the form the Windows edition's RichEdit writes.
Takes richTextBoxID (Int) and filepath (String).
Returns 1 on success, 0 if the file cannot be written or rich text box not found.
