Syntax:
bgiSetRichTextSelection:Int(richTextBoxID:Int, start:Int, end:Int)
Int
Selects characters start up to end, puts the caret at end, and gives the rich text box the focus so the selection shows.
Takes richTextBoxID (Int), start (Int), and end (Int). An end of -1 (or past the text) is the end of the text, so 0, -1 selects everything; a start of -1 removes the selection. Positions count characters from 0, a line break as one.
Returns 1 on success, 0 if rich text box not found.
