Syntax:
bgiSetSelectedGizmoItem:Int(gizmo:Int, index:Int)
Int
Selects an item in a list box or combo box.
Takes gizmo (Int) and index (Int).
Returns 1 on success. An index that is not an item - including -1 - clears the
selection and returns 0 (Windows reports -1 as an error too).
