Syntax:
bgiSetToolbarImageStrip:Int(toolbarID:Int, imagePath:String, buttonSize:Int)
Int
Sets the images for a toolbar's buttons: one image file holding them all
side by side, each buttonSize pixels square.
Takes toolbarID (Int), imagePath (String) and buttonSize (Int). Buttons added
before and after both use it.
Returns 1, or 0 if the image does not load.
In an image with no transparency, pure white is treated as transparent, as
Windows does. An image that has transparency keeps it.
